I founded Compass Strategies in 2008 after semi-retiring from a 30 year career in the food industry. I provide executive coaching, business advisory and consulting services serving small and medium sized business owners, managers and executives.

I offer thirty plus years of experience in sales, marketing, operations and executive management. In addition to my hands-on experience, I am a Certified Strategic Planning Professional, Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional, and a Certified Executive Coach.

I am active in the community and believe that each of us is responsible for ensuring the health and future of our communities not only with cheque-books but also with hands-on volunteerism. My current favorite quote is:
